Mushroom Vol-au-vent

Ingredients:

· Masdeu Vol-au-vent
· Mushrooms
· Onion
· Bacon
· Brie
· Parsley

 

Preparation:

Saute fresh mushrooms with a little spring onion and bacon and fill the bouches.

Top with a few slices of brie cheese and broil in the oven.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
