Ingredients:
· Masdeu Vol-au-vent
· Sliced surimi
· Mayonnaise
· Radishes
· Boiled shrimps
· Chives
Preparation:
Mix the sliced surimi with the mayonnaise and fill the Masdeu vol-au-vents.
Top with the boiled shrimps and thinly sliced radishes.
Garnish with diced chives.
