Fai bollire il latte.<br \/>\n2.In un pentolino caramellare lo zucchero secco. Aggiungere poi il latte bollente fino a creare una specie di toffee.<br \/>\n3. Mescolare i tuorli con l&#8217;amido di mais e aggiungere la caramella al latte bollente.<br \/>\n4. Riporta la panna sul fuoco e fai bollire finch\u00e9 non si sar\u00e0 addensata.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pera cotta<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Tagliare la pera a spicchi piccoli.<br \/>\n2. Far bollire l&#8217;acqua con la cannella, lo zucchero e il succo di limone.<br \/>\n3. Quando il composto bolle, aggiungere gli spicchi di pera e abbassare la fiamma. Stufare per circa 5 minuti.<br \/>\n4.
