Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 1 Sponge Rolled Cake
\n\u00b7 Sara Buttercream<\/p>\n

100 g of sugar
\n25 ml of water
\n2 egg yolks
\n125 g of butter (ointment point)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 200 g of toasted sliced almonds
\n\u00b7 70 g of raspberry jam<\/p>\n

Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Butter cream<\/em><\/strong>
\n1. Make a syrup at 121\u00baC with water and sugar.
\n2. Beat the yolks in the mixer and add the syrup.
\n3. Continue beating until completely cool.
\n4. Add the ointment butter and continue working until a cream is formed.<\/p>\n

Assembly:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spread the buttercream over the surface of the sponge rolled cake.
\nPlace in the fridge to chill then cut into 5 strips 16cm long x 5cm thick.
\nIn the middle of the strips, place a strip of raspberry jam.
\nRoll up a first strip in a spiral.
\nContinue rolling around the rest of strips.
\nOnce the cake is assembled, decorate dosing more buttercream on the surface of the rolled sponge and around it.
