Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 20-25 Mini cones Carrot Masdeu
\n\u00b7 Mascarpone cheese Cream<\/p>\n

40 ml of egg yolk
\n40 g of white sugar
\n170 g of mascarpone cheese
\n120 ml of cream (35% butterfat)
\n20 ml of water
\n2 sheets of gelatin, 2 g each sheet<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A couple of slices of spiced bread
\n\u00b7 Carrot in syrup<\/p>\n

1 carrot
\n25 ml of water
\n40 g of honey
\n1 piece of cardamom
\na pinch of cinnamon
\n3 g of orange peel
\na pinch of nutmeg<\/p>\n

\u00b7 20 chopped walnuts<\/p>\n

Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mascarpone cream cheese<\/em><\/strong>
\n1. Prepare the syrup with the sugar and water, boil for 1 minute and add the soaked gelatin.
\n2. Beat the yolks and add the syrup until fully assembled.
\n3. Add the mascarpone and then the semi-mounted cream. Let it cool.<\/p>\n

Spiced bread<\/em><\/strong>
\n1. Cut some gingerbread cubes, about 0.5 cm.
\n2. Lightly toast them in the oven until crisp.
\n3. Cool and reserve.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Carrot in light syrup<\/strong><\/em>
\n1. Laminate the carrot with a peeler into thin slices.
\n2. Boil the water with the species and honey for 1 minute.
\n3. Blanch the carrots and remove them from the water.
\n4. Once cool, chop the carrots into fine julienne strips.<\/p>\n

Assembly:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill the cones with mascarpone cream cheese, add the carrot in syrup and the chopped walnuts.<\/p>\n

Cover it with more mascarpone on top.<\/p>\n

Place a couple of spiced bread cubes on top of each cone.<\/p>\n
