Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 20-25 Mini Vol-au-vents Masdeu
\n\u00b7 Creamy cod with truffle<\/p>\n

300 g of clean desalted cod
\n90 ml of olive oil
\n280 ml of cream (35% butterfat)
\n1 peeled garlic clove
\n20 g of truffle paste<\/p>\n

\u00b7 2 cooked octopus legs
\n\u00b7 Smoked paprika<\/p>\n

Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cod cream<\/strong><\/em>
\n1. Cook the cod in the cream until it starts boiling.
\n2. Make an oil with the infused garlic.
\n3. Grind the cream with the cod and add the oil and the truffle
\npaste.
\n4. Cool it and keep it in a pastry bag.<\/p>\n

Octopus legs<\/em><\/strong>
\n1. Cut the octopus into 2cm medallions and saut\u00e9 in extra
\nvirgin olive oil.
\n2. Add the smoked paprika.<\/p>\n

Assembly:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill the vol-au-vent with the cod and truffle cream.
