Allow the cream to cool in room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, spray some water onto the inner part of the Masdeu cocoa macarons and fill them with the cream.<\/p>\n<p>Let the finished macaron stand in a cool and dry place for at least 5 hours before serving.
