· 24 Masdeu berries macarons (DIS602)
· 50 g of hazelnuts
· 100 g of butter
· 50 g of icing sugar
· A pinch of cinnamon powder
Chop the hazelnuts and mix them with the butter, the icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon powder to obtain a paste.
Spray some water on the inner sides of the macaron shells to moist them.
Fill the Masdeu berries macarons and let the finished macaron stand in a cool and dry place for at least 5 hours before serving.
