· 24 Masdeu cocoa macarons (DIS600)
· 100 g of fondant chocolate
· 1 spoonful of minced dates
· Violet flowers
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add one spoon of minced dates, then beat the mix until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Allow the cream to cool in room temperature.
Meanwhile, spray some water onto the inner part of the Masdeu cocoa macarons and fill them with the cream.
Let the finished macaron stand in a cool and dry place for at least 5 hours before serving. Use violet flowers to decorate the plate if desired.
