Our methodology in puff pastry products

Puff pastry and confectionery as bases for cakes, pastry bases, waffles, cakes, cones, mini cones etc., are produced according to strict audits of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and International Food Standard (IFS).
These audits certify the optimal methodology and careful production processes, product traceability and selection of raw materials, with a very strict maintenance programme of all equipment and materials used in the manufacture of Masdeu products.
